Both of our therapists are masters of their craft. Anna is a trained physiotherapist and also offers services such as Kinesio taping and Thai yoga.

Elisabeth’s treatments are a soothing blend of massage and energy work. She also incorporates individually selected incense blends into her sessions.

Both therapists emphasize a holistic approach and respond intuitively to your individual needs. You simply book a time slot, and during your conversation with the therapist, you decide together which type of treatment you’d like to enjoy.

Classic full or partial body massage

with Elisabeth

A customised massage that uses gentle or strong pressure to loosen the muscles and release tension. This releases energy and stimulates regeneration.

Muscle Release Massage

with Anna

A massage that requires special physiotherapy expertise: Individual complaints and needs are addressed with sensitivity, trigger points and stuck fascia are treated and deep-seated tension is released. The final gentle massage supports deep relaxation. Muscle release massage is more than just body therapy. It stimulates the body to heal itself and is also helpful for headaches and tension in the shoulder and neck area.

Foot reflex & back massage

with Anna or Elisabeth

Our feet ground us and reflect our roots, while our backbone carries us through life. For this reason alone, they deserve our attention. This revitalising combination of back massage and foot reflexology therapy relieves tension in the back and stimulates or calms the feet. This massage has a balancing effect on the body and internal organs. The body is energised and pain is sustainably relieved.

Foot reflexology massage

with Elisabeth

The foot reflexology massage stimulates and positively influences self-healing powers. The feet are connected to all organs via nerve tracts, and pressure on the reflexology points stimulates the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system. In this way, tension and blockages are released, blood circulation and the lymphatic system are stimulated and the immune system is strengthened.

Lymphatic drainage

with Anna

Gentle circular movements of the hands stimulate the drainage of fluid in the lymph channels. This calming, rhythmic massage has a detoxifying and decongesting effect and stimulates cell renewal. Lymphatic drainage can also improve the removal of waste products during or after pregnancy and prevent water retention. Lymphatic drainage also counteracts the development of varicose veins and stretch marks.

Physiotherapeutic application

with Anna

Exercise is the best prevention! It keeps you young and energised, trains the cardiovascular system, improves the metabolism and protects our musculoskeletal system from wear and tear. In a physiotherapy session, we focus on restoring health. Tape is recommended to support the body even after therapy. It activates the body's own self-healing powers, has a stabilising effect - depending on the application - and promotes blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Mannea women’s balance

with Anna

‘Carefully, mindfully and gently get back into your own senses. Perceive yourself again. A loving heart.’ This is the philosophy behind the holistic health method ‘Mannea Frauenbalance’.  The technique was developed by Andrea Eberhardt together with an Austrian gynaecologist and accompanies women in all phases of their lives. Gentle touches activate the lymphatic system and stimulate reflex zones. Osteopathy-like grips and techniques not only bring about relaxation, but also balance the hormone levels.

Thai yoga massage

with Anna

There are essentially two variations of Thai Yoga: one with firm acupressure pressure and intensive work on the energy channels, the other with a spiritual focus on slowness, relaxation and stretching. All of this is done in harmony with the breath and in a regular rhythm in order to get the life energy flowing by releasing blockages. Thai yoga massage is often referred to as ‘yoga for the lazy’, as the person being massaged is obviously allowed to relax and is moved passively. The Thai yoga massage takes place fully clothed on a Thai yoga mat.

Lomi Lomi massage

with Elisabeth

Lomi Lomi comes from the traditional Hawaiian art of healing and has always been an integral part of naturopathy there. Valuable oils, tailored to individual needs, play an essential role in this massage. Lomi Lomi is said to help release blockages, get the body moving again and restore the harmony of body, mind and soul.

Garshan massage

with Elisabeth

The Garshan massage is a dry massage and reflects the wisdom of Ayurveda. By massaging the body in long strokes with wild silk gloves, waste products are removed from the tissue, the connective tissue is tightened and the metabolism is stimulated. The skin is soft, smooth and silky after the treatment. The sensory nervous system is relaxed and a new body sensation sets in.

Scar treatment

with Elisabeth

Scars are a constant reminder to our body of painful experiences. With gentle touch, the scar tissue is freed from its memories and the energy is allowed to flow again.
