It is the time of long evenings in the fireplace room or at the bar, of coming together in the parlors, and of the festive atmosphere in the hall.  At the Hirschen, there are many stages for human interaction. Rooms for indulgent enjoyment, lightness, and relaxed idleness.


The most wonderful surroundings are not as beautiful without good food. Luckily, our kitchen team knows their craft. We exclusively process regional products of the best quality, ripe, full of flavors, and strength. A genuine connection with the region, respect for natural resources, and dedication to true craftsmanship are important to us.

Our passion for fermentation flows into our culinary delights. We strengthen small-scale farmer structures and source our food from friendly partners and farmers. 3 hats from Gault&Millau and a green star from Guide Michelin are a wonderful confirmation and motivation to stay true to our philosophy.

In Advent, we prefer it quieter instead of loud. Smaller celebrations instead of big parties. For your Christmas party, we will definitely find a nice option – suitable for the number of guests and your wishes.
