Blog — Hirschen, fine hotel in the Bregenzerwald

The summer of 2020 was special. Not only because our plans for a carefree season diudn't come to pass, but also because we created a buzz with a brilliant idea (so we still think today): The "Gasthaus zum Fernweh" has united the world culinarily. Bringing various flavors to the table. And thereby at least satisfying our culinary longing for travel to distant countries.

We look back with warmth in our hearts on the Osteria All Amore, the Japanese-inspired Yorokobi, the Brasserie Aux Amis Sauvages, or how Sundays became a Mexican fiesta thanks to Lucía. Olé!

Now we want to revive this feeling and invite the world to lunch, right in Schwarzenberg. The best from the "Gasthaus zum Fernweh" with a few upgrades. Be curious. And stay long. The bus to Bödele or into the Bregenzerwald stops right at the doorstep. One should not resist temptations, it is said.
