Blog — Hirschen, fine hotel in the Bregenzerwald

At Hirschen, good food plays a big role. To prolong the enjoyment a little (and to soothe those left at home), there are special treasures from the kitchen as souvenirs for home. It also makes a great gift.

In the shops, one can find

. Handmade (syrups, jams, cookies, pastries, granola, salted caramel, ...)
. Preserved (sour mushrooms, radishes, tomatoes, asparagus, pumpkin, onions, mustard pickles, ...)
. Fermented (misos, shoyus, garums) and
. Selected (snacks, chocolates, pasta, and sauces from Italian manufacturers, kombucha, etc.)

It has happened before that guests have fallen in love with a wine from our menu. Of course, we are also happy to pack a few bottles.
