Easy cycling paths, challenging mountain bike tours – the Bregenzerwald with its rolling hills in the Vorderbregenzerwald, turning into a low mountain range in the Hinterbregenzerwald, is almost ideal for all types of cycling. Schwarzenberg is located right in the middle and is therefore the perfect starting point for numerous cycling tours.

Skiing / Cross-country skiing

The Bödele our local mountain – a small, charming ski area.

Beautiful slopes of varying difficulty, nostalgic huts, and little hustle and bustle. You should definitely try the descent to Schwarzenberg, if the snow conditions allow it. You can rent ski equipment at the valley station of the Hochälpele lift.

The cross-country ski trails on Bödele and in Schwarzenberg can be used free of charge.
