Schwarzenberg is actually always beautiful - during the Schubertiade, however, there is a special atmosphere: cellars are spruced up, various rooms turn into galleries, and inns are awakened from their slumber.

So it happens that the Gasthaus Krone opens its doors for a few days and becomes a place of enjoyment, as it was many decades ago.

A delegation from our kitchen crew takes over the kitchen, with favorite dishes and classics on the menu, along with a fine selection of wines. Jakob Handler, known to many from the “Alte Mühle,” will again take care of the well-being of body and soul as a host this year, supported by a relaxed team.

Because this is so well received and culinary diversity is an enrichment for all of us, Jakob will welcome guests again from June 19 to 24 - in the parlors, the small Kronensaal, and in the chestnut garden – the last of its kind in Schwarzenberg. Staying there is something very special. We can only testify to that.

Stay a little longer. It may well happen that at the neighboring table, the artists who were just on stage wind down the evening...
