Bregenzerwald Card
With the Bregenzerwald-Gästecard you can (from 3 nights) use all buses, mountain railroads and swimming pools in the Bregenzerwald free of charge between May and October. Furthermore, you will receive reduced admission to various museums.

Check out
The room is at your disposal until 11 am on the day of departure. Late check out is possible on request (10 Euro per hour). Please pay on the day of departure between 8.00 and 10.30 am. If you leave earlier, please inform the reception desk or pay the bill the evening before.

Roomservice
We are happy to serve food and drinks to your room for an additional charge of 10 €. For orders please contact our service team at no. 18.
Room Key
If you go out in the evening, please always take your room key with you. The reception desk is no longer occupied after the restaurant closing time. Your room key unlocks the side entrance door in the Hirschen (access through the garden) or the entrance door in the Wälderhaus.
Phone Calls
To call from room to room, dial the respective room number (for single-digit room numbers, an 8 has to be put in front of it e.g. 84 to call into room 4). To call out of the hotel, pre-dial a zero in addition to the call number. You would like to be called from home? So you have to add the room number to the hotel number. Laundry service
You have laundry that needs to be washed or ironed? Ask at the reception for a laundry bag and our housekeeping will take care of it.
Wifi
In the entire Wälderhaus as well as in the Gasthof Hirschen, access to the Internet via W-LAN is free of charge and without a password. Select the W-LAN Hirschen Schwarzenberg, confirm the terms of use and you are online.
