Gourmet Cuisine in the Bregenzerwald

Our vision is a sustainable gastronomy, anchored in the region but operated with foresight. The sum of our efforts for joyful moments we will make it possible to experience from summer 2021 as "curated culinary" in the Hirschen. Look forward to select & thoughtful food & beverages you can trust.
Currently our restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday. We celebrate the Hirschen Fest-am-Tisch and cook about 10 dishes daily. You will indulge, feast, enjoy, rejoice and feast.
With the hotel opening (date still unknown) we start with the new concept: Curated Culinary
Salads, snacks, cakes & tartelettes - good for in between.
From twelve to five we serve selected snacks. Our patissière Raphaela Wirrer will spoil you with finest dolce.
Thu to Mon 12 to 5 pm
For some it's the most important meal of the day. At Hotel Hirschen, it will definitely be a very relaxing one for you.
Jonathan Burger and his team serve well-established and unusual regional morning delights. If you're looking for salmon sandwhiches, go to the North Sea. Here in Bregenzerwald we have both young and matured cheeses, river fish, forests and meadows. And of course, "Riebel", a local breakfast specialty that will allow you to climb any mountain.

For the entrance to the restaurant one of the following proofs is necessary:
- negative antigen test (not older than 48h)
- negative PCR test (not older than 72h)
- segregation certificate (not older than 1/2 year)
- neutralizing antibody test (not older than 3 months)
