In the historic dining rooms of the Hirschen you will not find huge menus.

You choose from our à la carte menu – as little or as much as you like. Soulfood and fine dining with the best products of the region. 
Tuesday to Saturday 6 pm to 9 pm. Last order 8.30 pm.  
Bar open until 11 pm.

Sunday and Monday

Winebistro

On Sundays and Mondays our á la Carte Restaurant will be closed. On these days our bar turns into a wine bistro.

Here you can choose small things from our well selected menu. In addition, we serve new, traditional and funky wines from the Hirschen wine cellar.

Salads, snacks, cakes & tartelettes – perfect for in between.

From one to five we serve selected snacks. Our patissière Raphaela Wirrer will spoil you with finest dolce.

For some it’s the most important meal of the day. At Hotel Hirschen, it will definitely be a very relaxing one for you. 

Jonathan Burger and his team serve well-established and unusual regional morning delights. If you’re looking for salmon sandwiches, go to the North Sea. Here in Bregenzerwald we have both young and matured cheeses, river fish, forests and meadows. And of course, «Riebel», a local breakfast speciality that will allow you to climb any mountain. 

Bookings 

Make sure to book your table for the restaurant in advance. You can easily book a table online, by phone or e-mail.
Please note that in summer we cannot guarantee a table in our garden. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. 

For the restaurant entrance one of the following proofs is necessary: 
• segregation certificate (not older than 1/2 year)
• vaccination certificate (2nd vaccination not older than 6 months)
